At virtualriverguide.co.uk we seek to show you fishing locations from views you wouldn't usually get to see. Using aerial videos and photos we enable you to familiarise yourself with new beats before you arrive and view the fishing before you book. For people with experience of the locations it can expand their knowledge of the waters showing features that may have been overlooked in the past.
The majority of the photos and video are taken by drone in high quality 4k Video and 12mp photos.

An otter stole my salmon! Was just about to land a wee grilse from the Turn pool on the middle beat of the river Kirkaig when an otter popped up and stole it. I managed to record a bit of the fight for the fish on my phone. Not surprisingly the otter won. A very nice way to lose a fish.
